We sold our beef and pork at a Farmer's Market for a few years and we realized there was a lot of interest in buying sides of beef and pork. What limited most people from buying a side was understanding the cost, the amount of meat and the different cuts. We have always had sides of beef and pork in our freezer so we knew how worthwhile that was for our family. We decided that we would venture into selling sides of beef and pork with the intention of helping people understand the whole process.
